This policy covers our website. It does not describe how we handle your health records. As a health care provider, federal HIPAA rules apply to how we use and protect client health information. Our Notice of Privacy Practices explains how we use and share that information, including for treatment, payment and health care operations, and describes your rights. You can ask us for a copy at any time. The consent and intake forms you sign with us also apply to your care.

- Application and referral forms: contact details and information about the support you, or the person you are referring, are looking for. This can include health-related information.
- Donations: your name, contact details and donation amount. Card details are entered on our donation provider’s secure form. They do not pass through or get stored on our website.

When you visit, some information is collected automatically through cookies and similar tools. This can include your IP address, your device and browser type, the pages you visit, and how you interact with those pages.

4. Services we use
We use outside services to run this website. Each receives information only as needed to provide its service.
- Webflow hosts this website and some of its forms.
- Airtable runs our application and referral forms and some sign-up forms.
- GiveForms processes donations.
- SimplePractice provides our client portal.
- Google Analyticsmeasures how our website is used. It's on by default and you can opt out any time. It never runs on our application, referral, sexual health or substance use pages.
- Google Adshelps us measure our ads, such as how many people reach our contact or group pages after clicking one. We never use it to build ad audiences or target ads to you. It's on by default and you can opt out any time. It never runs on our application, referral, sexual health or substance use pages.
- Adobe Fonts displays the fonts on our website.
- Cloudflare protects our website forms from spam and bots. When you use a form, it checks basic browser and device signals. It does not use them for advertising.
5. Email
We encrypt email in transit when your email provider supports it, but email is not fully private. Please do not send sensitive clinical details by email. Call us instead, or let us know if you would prefer we not contact you by email.
6. Cookies and your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them may affect how some pages work.
When you first visit, we show a short cookie notice. Measurement cookies are on unless you opt out. If you opt out, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, they stay off. You can change your choice any time in cookie settings.
7. Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:
- with the service providers listed above, so they can run our website and services; and
- when the law requires it, or when needed to protect someone’s safety.

- Ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you from this website.
