This is a structured, individual program centered on exposure therapy to increase your capacity and confidence—not just reduce symptoms. After intake, we map triggers, avoidance, and safety behaviors, clarify values, and set measurable goals. You’ll learn nervous-system regulation (to steady, not to “feel ready”), then build a graded exposure hierarchy (interoceptive, situational, and imaginal/ERP when indicated). We use an inhibitory learning approach: design exposures that violate your anxious predictions, vary context and duration, and intentionally remove crutches so real learning sticks. Each week includes planned exposures, reflection to bank evidence (“I did it; anxiety fell—or didn’t stop me”), and small commitments that strengthen self-trust. We also coach sleep/caffeine, track progress (brief scales + functional wins), and create a relapse-prevention plan. No groups—just focused 1:1 work. The outcome we’re after: less avoidance, more willingness, and a durable sense that you can rely on yourself under stress.
