This is skills-focused coaching for caregivers—not a judgment, and not therapy for your child. We start by clarifying pain points (mornings, homework, bedtime, screens, aggression, anxiety) and your family’s values. Then we build a simple plan: predictable routines, clear expectations, and follow-through that’s calm and consistent. You’ll learn emotion coaching (name it, validate it, then guide behavior), how to set limits without lectures, and when to use natural/logical consequences or rewards that actually change behavior. For anxiety or OCD, we reduce unhelpful accommodation and support exposures; for ADHD or autism, we emphasize structure, transitions, and strengths in a neurodiversity-affirming way. Each session comes with scripts, checklists, and brief practice between visits. Progress looks like fewer power struggles, quicker recoveries after blowups, and more connection—with adults leading steadily, not perfectly.
