Hamdan Ali Khan holds a Bachelors in Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) from King Edward Medical University. He is currently a Master of Clinical Mental Health Counseling candidate at the University of Vermont and is rostered as a non-licensed, rostered psychotherapist.
Hamdan has over four years of experience working in therapeutic and educational settings with people facing acute clinical distress, adults, adolescents, and families. He has supported neurodiverse and queer youth using interpersonal, psychodynamic and experiential approaches. Hamdan’s graduate training includes his clinical internship at University of Vermont, where he provided individual and group counseling, and his current placement with Eden Valley, where he integrates trauma-informed and strengths-based practices.
