Julia is a Master of Social Work candidate and brings curiosity, compassion, and openness to her work with individuals and groups. She is also a Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness coach and believes that positive lifestyle change is a key aspect of healing. Julia believes in the connection to others, nature, and self are at the core of our human experience. She utilized a holistic perspective on health and healing, bringing the understanding that all aspects of our lives impact our health and well being. Julia integrates mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and a strength based approach to support people through life’s challenges. Julia consistently integrates mindfulness and somatic experiences such as yoga and meditation into her daily life to support her wellbeing.
