Julia received her Master of Social Work from the University of Vermont in 2026 and brings curiosity, compassion, and openness to her work with individuals ages 11 and older. She is also a Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and believes positive lifestyle change can be an important part of healing. Julia approaches therapy from a holistic perspective, recognizing that connection to others, nature, and self are central parts of the human experience and that all aspects of life can impact health and well-being.
Julia integrates mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and a strengths-based approach to support clients through life’s challenges. She has received extensive training in exposure and response prevention therapy for OCD and phobias, as well as Prolonged Exposure therapy for PTSD. Julia also consistently incorporates mindfulness and somatic practices, including yoga and meditation, into her own life to support her well-being and inform her grounded, whole-person approach to care.
