Natalie has a Master’s of Social Work from the University of Vermont and is a Rostered Psychotherapist. They are passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ clients, neurodivergent folks, individuals experiencing anxiety, and people in high stress professions who are often carrying more than they care to. Their approach is client-centered and anti-oppressive, meaning they honor your lived experience and meet you where you are. Their work is collaborative - you lead the way, and they offer tools and insights that support your goals. They draw on a variety of evidence-based modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and others to meet your unique needs
