Dr. Savannah Lord

Dr. Savannah Lord — Clinical Director, consultant, and Doctor of Social Work — brings expertise in organizational leadership, community partnership, and evidence-based mental health treatment. She holds a Doctor of Social Work (DSW) from Simmons University and a Master of Social Work from Columbia University, and is passionate about advancing equity and social justice through trauma-informed practices and systemic change. She specializes in supporting individuals, families, and communities by providing services such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and comprehensive substance use and mental health assessments.

With a clinical style that balances compassion with directness, Dr. Lord provides services to adults navigating substance use, recovery, phobias, and obsessive compulsive disorder. She is also an experienced supervisor, utilizing reflective supervision to support emerging professionals. Driven by a commitment to measurable impact, her leadership focuses on strategic planning, policy advocacy, and fostering meaningful organizational transformation.

Speaking and training

Dr. Lord teaches social work students, field instructors and practicing clinicians. She gives guest lectures, workshops and trainings, in person or by video.
